We’ll need your computer and your Windows login password or PIN. You’ll need to be sure you know any other passwords you use (eg: email, social media, banking, etc) so you can enter them if they’re required on your new Linux system. It’s just like having a brand new computer, where many of your passwords need to be re-entered.

This is a software upgrade. Just as with all software, there are no guarantees. If for any reason we’re unable to install Linux on your computer (eg: due to faulty hardware or an incompatibility) then you’ll only be charged the minimum assessment fee.
